## Education, not advice

Owned Outright provides calculators and articles for general education. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation to take or change any loan. We're not a lender, broker or adviser.

## Estimates only

Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the method on our [methodology page](https://ownedoutright.com/methodology/). Lenders differ in how they calculate and apply payments, so your statement may not match exactly. Your lender's figures are final. Check with your lender or a qualified professional before acting.

## No warranty

We work hard to keep the calculators accurate, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made or losses arising from using it.

## Affiliate relationships

We don't currently have any affiliate or referral relationships. If we add them, links will be clearly labelled, and payments from partners will never change a calculator's results or the order we list options in.
